Un de ses objectifs consiste, en effet, à favoriser les premières expositions et d'encourager ainsi le travail de prospection des galeries qui prennent le risque de faire découvrir les oeuvres de photographes encore en début de carrière.&lt;br /&gt;Corinne Filippi, représentée par la Galerie Marquet de Vasselot, Gilles Maury et Manuella Marques pour leurs expositions à la Galerie Pons, Pierre-Yves Clouin pour une exposition à venir àla Galerie Diane Maniere, réunis l'Hotel d Albret pour le mois de la photo, en sont des témoins exemplaires.&lt;br /&gt;Les visiteurs Mois de la Photo pourront ainsi découvrir au siège de la Direction des Affaires Culturelles, 4 projets récents et inedits de photographes ayant bénéficié ces dernières années d'une aide de la Ville: un extrait de la serie L'Eau à Paris,2 grands cibachromes de Corinne Filippi; Table rase, la suite 24 images de Manuella Marques, inspirée de "Paulina 1880', le roman de Pierre-Jean Jouve; les dispositifs photographiques de Gilles Maury; L'lmpossible graveur, la photographe et l'arpenteur, repérage d'images inscrites dans le sol parisien, par Pierre-Yves Clouin.&lt;br /&gt;Toutes ces photographies manifestent la volonté d'indépendance de leurs auteurs vis a vis de I'objet photographie, soit par détournement d'image, soit par des tentatives de rapprochement avec d'autres disciplines artistiques.&lt;br /&gt;Elles témoignent également, par leur diversité même, de cette pluralité d'expressions volontairement encouragée dans le cadre de I'attribution d'aides, ou la singularité et le caractère expérimental de la recherche sont, avec la qualité du projet, les premiers facteurs pris en compte.&lt;br /&gt;Pierre-Yves Clouin A trente-six ans, le peintre Pierre-Yves Clouin vient faire un détour par la photographie auvc la complicité, pour les prises de vue, de Ghania Rabhi, photographe reporter. Mais ce détour est fait de connivence, de coïncidence entre une rechercht picturale visionnaire et un repérage du réel pour enfoire surgir des formcs étranges. La Galerie Diane Maniire publie cette année avec l'aide de la Direction des Affaires Culturelles, les photographies de Pierce-Yves Clouin eI Ghania Rabhi dans un ouvrage intitulé "L'impossible graveur, la photographe et I'arpenteur".&lt;br /&gt;OEUVRES EXPOSEES:&lt;br /&gt;L'impossible graveur, la photographe et I'arpenteur Paris,1991-1992 12 tirages photographiques noir et blanc&lt;br /&gt;Le sujet de cette série en noir et blanc est I'oeuvre graphique d'un anonyme, d'un artiste qui n'existe pas, d'un "impossible graveur", mais dont I'euvre, elle, est omniprésente sous nos pieds, à Paris. Pierre-Yves Clouin, à la manière de I'arpenteur, a entrepris de suivre les traces qu'il a découvertes sur le sol, inscrites dans les bandes piétonnes qui guident nos déplacements. C'est la constitution de cet inventaire visuel que retracent ces photos-témoins, ces photos-fictions.&lt;br /&gt;"Le tableau couché sur la table, à force de ne pas aller rechercher le poil égaré dans l'huile mais d'en faire mon beurre, d aimer y voir tomber le bout d'une cendre de ma cigarette pour qu'y emerge un continent ou une vapeur, bien fini par garder la-dessus un air penché. Ma nuque a pris des habitudes et donc rien de curieux à s'attarder un peu trop longtemps, au passage, sur une main toute aussi gorgone que salade, si justement gravée noir sur blanc dans la bande pietonne. L'envie de titrer ces gravures, partout dans Paris, d'en faire mes fétiches, d'en caresser la découverte, bref d'en faire une attitude, n'a pas r6siste au cruel et lent travail de l'anonyme, que j'ai appelé l'lmpossible Graveur'. L'arpenteur. Pierre-Yves Clouin&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Catalogue Mois de la photo 1992&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Hotel d'Albret&lt;br /&gt;Cette exposition présente des travaux inédits de jeunes artistes choisis parmi ceux qui ont bénéficié, ces dernières années, du soutien de la Direction des Affaires Culturelles de la Ville de Paris (Département des Arts Plastiques).&lt;br /&gt;L'Elément liquide comme vecteur d'imaginaire est au coeur de la série de Corinne Filippi intitulée l'Eau et Paris. La matière instable. les combinaisons infinies avec la lumière et les incertitudes de l’élément liquide dans ses nombreux états sont propices à la figuration d'espaces et d'effets oniriques, jusqu'à y reconnaitre l'élément opposé: le feu.&lt;br /&gt;Le verre est le support de predilection de Gilles Maury, qui mêle fond et forme, empreinte et matrice, sculpture et photographie, en donnant à celle-ci la profondeur qui lui fait tant défaut. ll impressionne des marbres et des bas - reliefs, archetypes de notre patrimoine insérés dans des objets métalliques, antiques, sur des plaques de verre symboles de la modernité.&lt;br /&gt;Pierre- Yves Clouin et Ghania Rabhi se sont constitués ”arpenteurs”d'une oeuvre sans auteur que constitue la signalétique peinte au sol des quelque sept mille avenues, boulevards et rues qui se croisent à Paris. lls s'en sont approchés jusqu'àl'obtention d'une esthétique comparable àcelle de la gravure, aboutissant à une perte totale du référent.&lt;br /&gt;Manuella Marques présente une série de photographies réalisée en hommage au roman Paulina 1880 de Pierre- Jean Jouve. La passion, au coeur de l'euvre littéraire, est matérialisée par le feu qui, à la fois générateur de lumière et de ténèbre, est intimement lié à I'alchimie de la photographie.&lt;/p&gt;</text>
