Rain Again selected in Melting Walls Volume1 at murmurcontemporary ( April 6 - May 4), rue du Centre 12B, 1820 Montreux, Switzerland

"He creates films by filming, not by writing, no scenario or plan beforehand.
The distance between the filmed object and his eye and the camera is primordial. It's a question of point of view.
We know what we are looking at and we are always fully aware of what we see.
But there are short moments of bewitchment , when we can objectively identify and contemplate what we see, all the while imaging it to be something entirely different."

Invitation for the upcoming art event in Montreux, exhibiting 24 artist moving image works accompanied by a site-specific work by Protoplast: https://www.protoplast.ch/ an artist collective from Basel, Switzerland.

A journey through fiction and reality, merging international cinematic expressions with local artists’ site-specific works.  “Melting Walls” volume one contains a selection of visionary moving image works exploring the fluid metaphor, trying to transcend linguistic and cultural boundaries. From Tokyo’s streets to the hidden tunnels of US, these cinematic narratives paint diverse stories of our interconnected world. The work of the artist collective Protoplast is blending cultural elements with the environment illuminated by a mise-en-scène projection. These installations serve as a metaphorical bridge, symbolising the dissolution of barriers and inviting reflection on identity, connection, and shared humanity in a fluid world.
